Onsite Support

A maintenance plan  guarantees regular preventative maintenance visits from an IT engineer who will:

Offsite support

The offsite component of a contract provides remote monitoring of all our customers IT equipment. Scheduled reports of all aspects of system health are generated and emailed to our office. We  thus  provide a preventative maintenance service, dealing with potential issues before they escalate.
